Why is birthday required?

Recognizing Staff members, friends and other parents birthday’s can makes someone’s day a little brighter! There may also be an age requirement for classes or events. If you are uncomfortable providing this information you can simply select the option to hide it from the directory so only you can see it.

Spanish Legacy Academy: Terms and Conditions

Terms of Enrollment & Financial Policy - Spanish Legacy Academy & Preschool

Registration fees, supply fees, and tuition payments are non-refundable.
Tuition is expected in full each payment period regardless of attendance.
A fee of $40 will be charged for any payments returned from the bank.
Holidays/sick days/vacations/hurricane days are factored into tuition.
Tuition credit will not be given for any reason.
Tuition payments that are PEP or FES-UA qualified should be made in the portal as agreed upon with the provider.
A 30-day written notice is required for withdrawal.
After school club fees are due each quarter and are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
Students may withdraw from any after-school club at any time, but the fee for the current quarter is non-refundable.
Students may withdraw (with a 30-day written notice), but the registration fee, tuition for the current quarter, club fee for the current quarter, and supply fees for the current semester are non-refundable.
A written notice must be submitted to change your child’s attendance schedule 15 days prior to the requested change date; approval is not guaranteed.
Pickups over 15 minutes late incur a $15 fee, plus $15/hour for any subsequent hour.
Spanish Legacy does not accept Amex for payment on this platform. If used, a fee will be assessed.
